- HVAC system maintenance and tune-ups
Service Areas
We provide services in New Bern, NC and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.
Estimates and Pricing
- Free estimates are provided for most services and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Estimates are subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during service
- Emergency service calls may be subject to additional charges
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in advance
Scheduling and Appointments
- Appointment times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential charges
- Emergency services are available but may be subject to additional fees
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- A service charge may be applied to returned checks
- Past due accounts may be subject to interest charges and collection fees
- Lien rights are reserved for unpaid accounts
Warranties and Guarantees
Service Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Damage caused by other contractors or DIY attempts
- Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial service
Equipment Warranty
Equipment and parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms or coverage.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the customer
- Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse
- Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
- Damage to personal property not directly related to our work area
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about existing systems and problems
- Ensuring safe and reasonable access to work areas
- Securing personal belongings and pets during service
- Disclosing any known hazardous conditions
- Following maintenance recommendations to maintain warranties
Permits and Codes
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for our work. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable local codes and regulations. Customer is responsible for any additional costs related to bringing existing systems up to current code requirements.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with North Carolina law. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
